Can't believe it's been a week since I posted here.  I've been juggling a new part time job which has been a bit overwhelming.  I was so hopeful that my art would sustain me through the new year, but I'm not quite there yet.  It was disappointing to have to take time away from painting.  Truthfully I could paint every day pretty much all day.  Once I become immersed in a painting time passes so quickly and I'm in what I would consider an "altered state".  So my gameplan is to continue to get as much time as possible at the easel and work part time to keep the groceries on the table in the meantime.
